India is such a wrongly managed country that its very difficult to get the Govt. authority and virtually no thumbrule procedures for such types of certificates. Why cant INDIA give National number to each and every citizen. it cant give because india is corrupted country and lots of years will be required to come out of that. what u will do with domicile certificate? it requires only in govt naukri. In india if anybody is getting Election ID card, then how can one require domicile cert.? or who have PAN card with him.. why he will require to any other certificate to prove his identity? GOVT IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ONLY IDENTITY TO THE CITIZEN AND CONFUSES THE CITIZEN BY ASKING MORE AND MORE UNNECESSARY CERTIFICATES. ITS ONE OF THE HOPELESS PHENOMENON IN THE COUNTRY. TAKE EXAMPLE OF USA, HOW ARE THEY MANAGING THEIR PPL?
