Looking at urself cant create a lot of trouble. U wud find many flaws that need to be corrected, many changes may be necessary... and change is painful....even when its for our own good. So we engage in the easy task of criticizing others, which is also ego fulfilling, it gives a certain false sense of superiority and control.

Such people lack self confidence, are ignorant, and also not very ambitious. Usually, they try to match others, without thinking that they are made for some different purpose.

One should not do such things, but there is one Hindi proverb "Dusron ki thali main ghee jyaada dikhta hai". So you can't help , just ignore such persons and enjoy your life fully.

Some people are literally born insecure about their lives .They are never contented. They want to know what other people are having, Slightly less or more than them. They always measure their success by the fall of others. This adds a spice to their boring and good for nothing lives .

Yes, life becomes intresting only when one gets some one as a companion. Life as a single entity is never intresting. To find a suitable company people take intrest in others life so as to have companion/s..
