Q.

Science says unless proved it is not scientific. If gravity was not found till date then all our pseudo scientists would say that there is no attraction between moon and earth. How can then astronomy is condemned as wrong as in future some scientific study can prove astronomy as correct.

Science says unless proved it is not scientific. (YES, U R Right)

If gravity was not found till date then all our pseudo scientists would say that there is no attraction between moon and earth. (We know it is the Earth's gravitational attraction that holds the moon in orbit. If the Earth's mass remains constant the gravitational attraction must remain the same. The total gravitational attraction between the two bodies is 3.9 x 1020 Newtons).

How can then astronomy is condemned as wrong as in future some scientific study can prove astronomy as correct. (Nevertheless, the study of Astronomy is not to be reprobated, nor this science to be condemned, because some frantic persons are wont boldly to reject whatever is unknown to them. For astronomy is not only pleasant, but also very useful to be known: it cannot be denied that this art unfolds the admirable wisdom of God. One) astronomy is correct and scientific, astrology is not.
two) What happens in future, Ifs and Burs can not decide what to be believed to be true today. Absurdites are many and if one follows your argument, nothing is incorrect or correct for it may be proved otherwise in future.
three) as of now and that is precisely science talks about there is absolutely no reason to believe in astrology.

You are confusing astronomy and astrology
Scientific studies have been initiated by Dr. Jayant Narlikar (Director of Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA) at Pune, to find out the correctness of astrological predictions, the results are awaited.
