The promoters are in the business of Money laundering and have numerous criminal cases against them including FEMA violations, cheating 420, fabrication of documents etc. In 1991 they were Express Financial Services involved in Hawala buisness. Only in 1999 they changed their name to a fancy name Helios & Matheson. Promoters are with just accounts background. They have taken the shelter of IT business to do Hawala Transactions under this cover.
