Most of them are my friend...and exceptions are rare.
I would top the list with Mayawati...shes is blatantly corrupt and gives 2 hoots
This will be followed by Mulayam Singh, Sukh Ram, Natwar Singh, Suresh Kalmadi, Raja of 2G scam, not to forget Sharad Pawar who has made a mess of our food distribution system and filled the pockets of his business man cronies alongwith self.
the list could continue but to no avail ultimately

Rajiv gandhi lost in 1989 on account of bofors, then we have this unending list from karunakaran, jayalalitha, a r anthulay, khoda, kalmaad, yedurappa bangaru lakshman sukhram, kalmaadi, raja, mayawathi, and the list appears to be endless
