Absent of red colour from my PC.what could be the reason ,pl help

1.
Only power on your monitor without connecting it to your computer system. On the screen you should see three colours namely, Red, Blue and Green. This is called monitor self-test. If you see all three colours then there is no problem with your monitor but if you find either of the three colours missing then monitor has to be repaired.

Electronic prob, find some elec macanic near your area who repair computer monitor.

Most probably the problem lies in the monitor and not in the cpu. it may be a dry soldering or a vdeo outoput component failure ( transistor or ic)
