Gandhigiri ka zamana aa gaya hai,
gandhiwaad pichhe rah gaya.

Kya TIMES NOW ne iska itna prachaar kar bhaav nahi badhaye the?
kya GANDHI's adarsh ab sirf unke paas rah gaye jinke pass unki chappal, chasma ya ghadi hai?

jo bhi bazar mei aaya, sab kuchh marketable ho gaya hai.
chahe Ideology hi kyaon naa ho.

The unfortunate part of this episode was that Dilip Doshi and Vijay Mallya tried to outbid each other ...and jacked up the final bid...all for self publicity...something which even the Mahatma would have scorned...the moot questions is...would they have spent such sums for the down trodden and the really needy...!

Don't you people think it is much more important to act on Gandhiji's principles rather than pay a huge sum for his belongings?

:) More than the price factor, what is more interesting is that the liquor baron Vijay Malya shelled out the money for it.

It's the Price for Pride for our Country and not for the articles which Mr. Vijay Mallya has purchased
