It all depends on how you look at life... when you're miserable then, it is easy for you to be 'negative, sarcastic and the like.... but if you try to change your outlook in life and decided to be happy because realize you only live once, then it will be a 'breeze' to be positive because it adds 'color' to our everyday life.... Who does not want to be happy? it does takes too much energy to be negative.... Being positive makes you comfortable in your own skin....but it takes a lot of practice to get there... but it is all worth it....
