In Mumbai it is doing very well and newer hotels are coming up. Oberoi Group's Trident hotel in BKC recorded occupancy rate of 70% on the opening day.There is a greater demand for budget hotels now. Unfortunately except for groups like Taj, Oberois and, maybe, ITC no one is really professional
