MRPL - Engineers India Ltd (EIL) has completed detailed feasibility study for the refinery upgradation project, to enhance refining capacity to 25 MMTPA (presently the rated capacity is 15 MMTPA), and simultaneously improving value addition / refining margin by setting up fluid catalytic conversion unit (FCCU), delayed coker unit (DCU), and utilities / offsite facilities.
