US investors that were once wary of investing in India are now showing interest in India, according to Bank of America Merrill Lynch? Are you optimistic about his? If so why?

Yes, it is good for the current scenario when we need to funds to flow into India to provide our economy the push to revive. The FII inflows should increase now for a few months but what would remain to be seen is the implementation of the reforms announced & the policy action on the other pending ones which would decide whether the fund flow would increase or dry up in our country!!

For the present yes but not for fututre no a days they dont invest for long periods the moment they get a reasonably good profit they sell and book profits so cant say the market will rise very high
