Wider and effective publicity compelling the law enforcement agencies/authorities to gear-up and make the law and the application there-of, more cohesive and stringent. Complainants have no fear of back-lash unlike from the States where the'mai-baap' will only be local MP/MLA. Here the demonstrators are just under the nose of many an agencies concerned with law and order, besides a number of "lively Media" to high-light the plight and political organization to 'oil the flame' . Hence National Capital cities stand to be the right pad for launching any movement in the larger public interest.
