J&k state has turned into islamic state but congress govt. is silent.India has lost control over kashmir.What to do? JK Govt refuses to obey P.Patil president in vipul koul case.

Don\'t blame this govt or that govt. Govts are bound by protocol. What did the BJP do when they were in ppower?? Why don\'t our \'very courageou\' organisations like bajrang dal, and so called senaas do something? They are only interested in silly things like Valentine days, Pubs, women\'s dress code (Like Taliban) and policing the parks looking for couples to bash, and beating people from North or South East or West!!

I do not know vipul koul case but one thing is clear that j & k is not islamic state
