In the sanathana dharma sakthi of a god head is usually depicted as a female form. sri rama was a human and he married sitamma, also the group sri rama with sita ,lakshmana and hanuma is considered OMKARA the pranava. ganesa like subrahmanya is always a bala . his sakthis i.e what he can give us are siddhi and buddhi who are depicted as his wives. yet for prayer purposes it is always efficacious to pray him as siddhi budhhi sametha sri ganesaaya namaha. in photos they ( his sakthis) may or may not be depicted. sri rama also is sometimes shown alone , but then he has the kodanda ( always) in his hand. it shows the ghora-aghora forms of the lord simultaneously ( ghora- fierce t he wicked; aghora - pleasant form for the righteous). this means in sanathana dharma it is believed that the one who makes you cry ( rudra) will also make you happy ( rudra). only one god ( with different forms). no satan/saitan here.
