In the name of celebration and revelry, people by design cross the line of decency. Even if they are not drunk, they act as if they are drunk so that they get the license to misbehave - especially with girls. In the name of paint, chemicals are put on unwilling participants.

Obviously, this is not the spirit for which Holy stood. Those who are not partners in the day's crime, it is a dreadful day !!
