There is no easy or quick way to lose weight - it takes time and effort. To lose weight you have to eat smaller quantities and cut out all fats and sugars from your diet - in other words eat a healthy diet. Exercise plays an important part also. You do not have to go mad at it - just a brisk walk for 20 minutes per day and then build up gradually to 30 - 40 minutes per day. Usually to diet you have to cut down on or cut out all the things you really like to eat, sweets things, cakes etc. rich sauces in curries, no butter, no ghee. No dieting is not easy or quick but when you succeed nothing is more satisfying.

Stop all fatty food intake and eat a balanced diet. Also exercise regulalrly. Remember there aint any shortcut to a weight loss

Hi! You can look at losing 2 kilo's a month by either walking, swimming, cycling or doing aerobics 5-6 days a week for 45 minutes (7 minutes at medium pace to warm up, 30 minutes at a brisk non stop pace & 7 minutes at a medium pace to cool down).
Cut down all fattening foods. Have 5-6 small meals in the day & eat a light dinner 3 hrs before bedtime.

A time-tasted way. Stop all cooked food. Also salt. Depend only on fruits and lelafty vegetables eaten raw .I lost 23 kgs. in six months. Greens are carbnohydrates; Suplement them with half a bowl of groundnut(faw) for providing proteins. You may loose wait but gain in energy.

Weight loss is a very popular word because most of the people want to reduce their weight.If you do exercise regularly you can reduce your weight.I know this is time consuming.Another way you can reduce your weight as early as possible by taking slimming pill.But I will suggest when you will take any slimming pills first you should consult with doctors.
