Q.

Why is there a delay in bringing a tougher Anit-R*pe law in India??... Studying Law in UK I feel 1) Differences, multiple opinons and opposition yet again seemed to have delayed the Criminal Law Amendment Bill. 2) D anti-r*pe bill which promises strong legislation to curb crime against women. seems to be drowned under d Cabinet dithering. and it may be various reasons...Your views per-se???
