Why ICICI BANK is down when most of banking stocks are up?

Coz ICICI means I Cheat, I Cheat India...!!! I recently opened up a bnak acct. with State Bank of Indore... Manger told me that SBI has got lots of deposits from ICICI customers..!! So sell ICICI, and buy SBI. I dont work for SBI and do not hold stocks of SBI or ICICI. But yes, my company forced me to deal with ICICI by opening a salary account with them..!!
