It is not know why is so dead against to the Women\'s Bill. He should be convinced a lot. If not, Government has to go ahead ignoring his protest.

He is not Bihari Babu. He belongs to MP. Nistish Kumar is a bihari babu who was the first CM in India to provide 50% reservation to women. Also in a lighter vein Lalu Prasad yadav who chose a women to be a CM instead of any male person of his party.
