The most important pitfall in life is one's 'expectations'. Quite natural to have expectations, granted, but when these expectations start mismatching the returns , that's the beginning of frustration ... and then anger always comes from frustrated expectations and become a stress originator......The best things in life are unexpected - because there were no expectations.

When expectations rule your mind, realities seem to be elusive and in such a situation, stress is considered as the gap between those two....!
