Now i 23 age young,now my weight is 50. how i increase my body weight ,is any special medicine or execrise pls assist me

Hi! To increase your weight start weight training at a gym & increase the intake of the following foods in your daily diet-
1- carbohydrates- roti, rice, bread, pasta, fruits
2- proteins- chicken, fish, egg white, lentils, soya, nuts
3- good fats- olive oil, fish, nuts
Have a fruit & nut milkshake every evening.

The best way to gain weight is to eat balanced diet-pref veg-sufficient quantity of fruits,protein,salads,vegetables at short intervals(eat little frequently=this
