Hi! To increase your weight start weight training at a gym & increase the intake of the following foods in your daily diet-
1- carbohydrates- roti, rice, bread, pasta, fruits
2- proteins- chicken, fish, egg white, lentils, soya, nuts
3- good fats- olive oil, fish, nuts
Have a fruit & nut milkshake every evening.

Sufficient quantities of fat, including monounsaturated fat, polyunsaturated fat and saturated fat, with a balance of omega-6 and long-chain omega-3 lipids. The recommended daily allowance of fat is 65 ...more
