YES, I am! why not. I am a Tamilna by ethnicty, history and linguistically. Eezhamite tamils are our ethnic kismen. They have suffered so much in the hands of steam roller maority Sinhalese in the island polity of Sri Lanaa as it is known currently and Ceylon during colonial reign by European powers. Historically tamils have lived through in the island with their kings ruling them. Admitted fact of history is the Sinahalese have been descendants of one Pirnce Vijayaa exiled by his father king from his country in the up counrty Indian sub continent overhanging the island. THEREFORE SINHASLESE CAN NEVER CLAIM THE WHOLE OF ISLAND AS THEIR OWN. Tamils have their hiostorical right too gto that parts of island where they have lived through. Durign colonial period island was unified by the colonial masters for their administrative convenienecs and needs.
