Stars touches the fantacies of the audience and Actors are our reflection.. We enjoy fantacies and get scared to see our reflections.. So, Stars hv more audience and that makes them paid heavily.

We call them 'stars' ebacuse they twinkle brightly and draw us as viewers. Its the Box Office and monetary returns which ultimately matter to these front line producers. Sheer business and the Stars know their drawing power and its effect on business, so they charge steeply and sometimes far more than they deserve. Actors are brilliant and so realistic in their potrayal but who goes to movies to see the harshest realities of life? so viewers less, business lower which is why they get paid less.
