In general development implies the materialistic progress.....how better one has accumulated Gaadi, Bungla, Bank Balance, social status, etc. etc.
None thinks about
how better one has become .... in terms of humanity,
or if the neighbour next door is well or suffering.....
fellow feeling seems to have been faded from earth......
