It's told Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.... this is because Breakfast refers to breaking your fast since your previous meal, which you would have taken almost eight hours ago last night. This is the time when your body needs fuel to start and get into action mode for the work ahead during the day ... even if you miss the lunch due to work pressure , your metabolism will not be much affected.... And it is also told invite your enemy to a late fabulous dinner so that he suffers from indigestion because he has very little time to digest the food :)) And lunch must be small working lunch otherwise you may be caught napping after heavy lunch :)) ...and also you will not be at your best in the workplace because of heavy stomach

Breakfast is important for many reasons. For starters, it helps wake you up in the morning by restoring your glycogen stores and giving you usable energy for the day. Remember, you don't take anything in while you sleep. In fact, you're just burning calories all night long simply to stay alive. If you don't eat breakfast in the morning, you're much more likely to "drag" until you do eat something. ',

Eating breakfast also contributes to a healthy weight. Many people who skip breakfast wind up overeating during their other meals of the day to make up for the calorie deficit from earlier. Making a habit of this can lead to chronic overeating and eventually an undesirable weight, which can cause a variety of negative side effects.

Have breakfast like a King (queen in your case), lunch like a prince (princess in your case) & dine like a pauper. This means heavy breakfast because you are going to work for whole day, medium lunch so you don't feel sleepy in the afternoon & light dinner because you are going to sleep after dinner & there will be no body exercise in the night :)

Breakfast is literally just that, breaking the fast that your body is in from the night before.
The consumption of an early morning snack increases the metabolic rate (how fast you burn calories) and kick starts your body into gear, telling it what to expect the rest of the day. If breakfast isn't had, your body doesn't process your next meal as quickly and tries to hold onto those nutrients. Since it didn't get any morning fuel, it tries to hold onto the afternoon meal as long as possible instead of burning it right away.
Those who skip breakfast have a tendency to consume more food than usual the next chance they get to grab a bite to eat and also have a higher tendency to snack on high-calorie foods to keep hunger at bay until then.

So next time you stop in at your local coffee house for breakfast, know it won't hold you over till the lunch break and even if you think it does, it isn't helping your body gain the energy needed, or burn the calories it should!

Breakfast is considered most important meal of the day. A good breakfast provides energy that body requires to perform. After six to eight hours of sleep, your body and brain need some fuel to power and prepare them for the day ahead. Like a car, you cant run on an empty tank, you need some petrol. Full tank in the beginning itself is the best.
