Is the board of governors of Central Autonomous body(under MHRD), Sant Longowal institute of Engineering and technology (SLIET), Longowal is competent to take a decision and approve that the pay scales of employees of SLIET shall be as per pattern of Pay scales of Punjab instead of pattern of Central pay scales or vice verse without the approval of MHRD, Govt of India?
