Truth is my religion. Compassion is my ritual. I am trying only one sadana:
:Don't hate anybody.
All religions are highly defective and self-centred with lot of lies. They should be thrown to sea and human race will be peaceful without any religion.

If my religion made any difference to what I am or who I am on this forum I would have answered. How does it matter. I may be the greatest fanatic of a religion, knowing by heart every verse in every scripture, able to interpret it, can call up on others to walk the path of God and after all this, I am just a cunning, diabolical rascal, would that have made any difference.
There fore, I am what I am, I am who I am and what ever I am I will remain what I am and knowing my religion would make no difference to anyone in this world in any way. For the simple reason that, if I am bad it is not because of my religion or if I am good it is not because of my reliigion. We are what we want to be, some are inbred, some are acquired and some we learn. In the end, how good a human being we are, that really matters. Godliness or religiousness and all other attributes come later. It is our inherent nature that defines us and not some silly preaching of great ideals that the preacher himself canno ...more

I am Muslim and the name of my religion is Islam, the root of which, Silm or Salam, means peace. Salam is also part of the greeting of peace among Muslims. In addition, one of the beautiful names of God is As-Salam, meaning "The Peace".
The word, however, means much more than just "peace". It means submission to the One God, as well as to live in harmony with other people and with the environment.
A Muslim is, therefore, any person, anywhere in the world, whose obedience, allegiance and loyalty are to God, Lord of the Universe, and who strives to live in accordance with God's laws.
