Without doubt, Yahoo Answers is better, if your question relates to Rediff QNA and YA. QNA has a very large no. of questions in Hindi (with English alphabets) as it is apparently meant for Indian people, while YA (an American offering) is in English, which is popular with all English speaking people from all over the world. The quality of questions in YA is certainly better than in QNA.
