I have shares oif USHA RECTIFIER LTD. What happened to that company? has it changed its name or has it shut shop?????

Usha rectifier has become Usha India.....it is there on moneycontrol.com

I am not sure about USHA Rectifier, but I presume Usha International is still present. They had another Telcom related sister company called Usha Tadiron dealing with Telecom Switches in South India. no new of that too.
