Why Govt. is maintain Secrecy where People are seeking Justice for the Victim..
1. Kasab hanging was so secretly done and alienating the info from Public where Public was desparately wanting his death sentence..
2. The cremation of the Brave girl was so secretly done whereas whole nation and the world is part of the grief and pain to the most brutal incident..

Regarding Kasab's execution there are various versions. Some say denge mosquito has already finished him. It is just to save from embarrasement that administration did all the drama. I personally do not believe in this version.
It appears there was some sort of fear of law and order that these methods were opted for.
