I don't know ............same thing we thought when computer was first introduced ......... same thing we thought when India was for globalization ...... may be some traders will have some initial trouble but it will be real boon to common man .......today also Big bazaar , Reliance retail , Birla outlets are running and common man is benefited of 2 counts ...reasonable price and excellent quality ....... I don't think other retailers have gone bankrupt for this reasons .My views only

We donot have comparative data of purchasing power of common man or what if solutions.
Practically we feel happy to purchase from retail stores but do not know what happens to owner.
Probably it affects the economy of present shop owners.
If FDI can solve their problem ,probably common man will be happy to buy from such stores.

The more FDI u have the greater the risks of capital flight u run. And we have capital flight to such degrees tht we are no.1 depositor's in Swiss Bank accounts!
