To do excercise one needs energy. The sugar in ones body turns into energy and then sugar level goes down. When sugar elevel goes down one feels hungry. In order not feel hungry for time being, take some sugar. Generally, one gets sugar for body and energey from food. So, one needs to take food for not feeling hiungry.

During exercise, we need more energy, whenever a person needs xtra energy he/she breathes out faster. as a result more oxygen supplied to our cells. it speeds up the breakdown of food and more energy is released. due to rapid breakdown of food, we feel hungry.
