*Set-up 500-bedded Modern Hospitals , in every Blocks of the country.
* Entrust a paid DOCTOR for every village of the country-with everything free(Medicine, surgeries etc for the villagers. He will refer all cases to Block Hospitals.
* Private clinics & Nurshing Homes may, however, run parallely, at high costs.
* No Private Practices for Government Doctors.
*10-year Service Bond with the Government, for all Doctor-students. Students opting otherwise ,may pay

*Each DISTRICT LEVEL HOSPITALS with 1000 beds MUST be converted into MEDICAL COLLEGES, with number of MBBS seats doubled.
