There are many reasons....elderly men are matured and more emotional...... they never deceive......they never tend for elicit affair....they seldom are cheaters.....and mostly they are financially sound.....

Your observation is partly correct. Such careerist women do always have their career as foremost in their minds. And the elder people means more established people and they know, they are the stairs for their success in the rat races. Hence their apparent affinity for them. Another reason could be the younger guys find such models difficult to control; and monopolize, which a fist motive of any lover. The elder people know, such models are their extra-marital relations and cannot be so much monstrously commanding which suits the girls.
