Q.
Why do Indians think of the government as a service provider just because they pay taxes ? Why can't we learn from Americans which can be summed in J.F.K words "Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country" ?

Very truely thinked but it needs patrotism in deep.... our attitude and looking for someones help is the main cause.
