Just as China did in the case of Arunachal Pradesh ---if Pakistan makes a law that their citizens will not require a passport to travel to Kashmir ---then what can be the possible fall out of that?

Pakistan has already framed the law - terrorists are crossing the boarder with the help of pakistan's army -and indian government treating them as chief guests

Then we should make a law saying Manchurian & Sinkiang & TIbetians living iN China can get special permits :) Simple, isin't it?
If Pak implements that policy & sends its ppl over to our Kashmir, they'll be arrested & imprisoned by the BSF :D
