What shall people do when a reputed company try to cheat his customer?

Reputed Company
1 . You should let the Head of the showroom about your complaint
2. If he has not heared you can go near to Nodal Office
3. if the complaint has not rectified u can apprach appaliete authority of that particular company
If they are not hearing your complaint We have a strong consumer court , You can give a complaint there in a white papper , You should produce your bill and other supporting document

No reputed company cheats directly but its their distributors etc who cheat and one can go to consumer courts

They may take following actions:-
1. Lodge an FIR against the Company.
2. Go to Consumer Redressal Forum.
3. Lodge a complain to the Ministry of Commerce & Trade.
4. Complain and appeal to the Issueing Authority of Company Act to cancel the companys Incorporate Certificate.
