Justice Katju has delivered many just judgments without bias during his tenure as judge. His views while unbiased, are bordering on too much enthusiasm which is very illogical. I always fail to understand the so called human rights activists view of taking the lives of innocents killed by the criminals so lightly and arguing in favor of the criminals human rights. But at the same time I have the strong view BJP has no moral or aesthetic right to condemn the Justice as they are more biased in their actions.

Justice Katju is neither a Politician, nor a participant of talk show.. He is just a very natural person who speaks what he feels.. I was very critical about him thru out since he did not fit as "Diplomatic" what we are used to from the others.. But after going thru a series of discussion.. We need someone who can remove the artificial face of the Real Politics..

Katju is behaving like a Super Judge and autocratic in his manners. He says, he don't care. A judge or ex-judge cannot use word like "I don't care". Big people should be more humble. Can he give opinion on Narendra Modi on a matter where Supreme Court already gave an verdict. Is it not behaving like even above Supreme Court.
