They have been doing that all the while.
When Rajiv Gandhi was alive, and had absolutely clean slate, these BJP people said all the ill things about him because he married an Italian girl (who is now ofcourse very well known - Sonia Gandhi).
A party that can attack on such a personal level, what can you expect?

Let it be any Indian political party"political culture" is the same. All rouges and robbers have the common banner as politicians. Slowly people are taking law in their hands. Peoples power is emerging they cannot continue to cheat for a long time.
