BJP and Congress are jealous of the growing popularity of the AAP. That is why they are happy when some one rebels in the AAP.
Binny has been a Congressman. Does not deserve much importance. He is unhappy because he is not made a minister.

If AAP's rebel is speaking in public instead of party forum, then either party is not providing a forum for them or their members are highly indiscipline. That is what is reflected in case of Binny Vs Kejari, Sarabhai Vs Kumar Vishwas, Gopinath Vs AAP, Split of AAP in Chennai, etc.

Let Kejariwal send his AAP aspirant to RSS Shaka for an year training, and get disciplined before inducting to AAP :P
