In the name of democracy everything is taken for granted, mostly by politicians and still get away with that. Abhijit Mukherjee came under attack after he made a controversial sexiest remark against women protestors in Delhi. The President's son also said it was not appropriate to bring in President's office into the entire controversy and added that his remarks had generated a lot of controversy which resulted in hurting his father and sister. Abhijit Mukherjee courted controversy today when he said the recent protests in the capital over the gang-rape of a 23-year-old in a moving bus did not appear to involve students and ladies coming out to protest are 'highly dented and painted', which is an insult on the women-folk...!
