Because it contains necessary vitamins and minerals which human body needs.
Fruits contain about 90% -- 95% water. So eating fruits help to eliminate the various toxins and wastes from the body. fruits like guava, oranges, lemon etc. contain vitamin C, which is a very good antioxidant which helps to fight the various free radicals produced in the body due to different oxidative damages.

People who eat more fruits and vegetables are less likely to have chronic diseases . It helps prevent heart problems, diabetes, kidney stones,obesity etc!

All fruits are healthy but it has to be decided according to our health conditions ............. like, a person is suffering from sugar , should not take Mango, Jack fruit & grapes ........... if all fruits can be consumed in a limit & prescribed way then all fruits are valuable for each & every person ........
