Brahmi and Sankha Pushpi are recommended. There are good formulations from Baidyanath and other Ayuvedic manufacturers as well as homeo preparations.

Keep playing memory games and doing mental calculus from time to time, i call this brainbuilding, just like body -building....try to keep things in memory.....there is a good medicine in homeopathy ..

I heard Bhindi increases memory power.
According to a research academic who was on a Scientific programme on Australia\'s ABC Radio National stated that Blueberries are very good for your Brain. Apparently their is a certain enzyme not found in other foods which stave off Alzheimer\'s disease. That is if you get it anyway. I would think that the berry would be good for your memory as well...

Try playing sudoku, kakuro, loop etc that comes everyday in the newspapers and for gods skae stay a bit away from here. i think i see you here 24 x 7. have a good sleep and good and healthy routine. memory will improve itself. lack of sleep and monotony are the worst enemies of a good memory.
