Being educated till 10th std in mother tongue only, had severe problems with handling English. Still afraid to make a paragraph in English. And many have told about poor accent while speaking English citing examples. Those examples helped to improve in bits. May because of this shortcoming, arrived at a conclusion that language is primarily for communication. Grammar and fine accent are fine, but if one is successful in expressing his thoughts, it should be OK. People should not refrain themselves from speaking and writing their opinions because of fear of mistakes. And people who know better, should not make fun of those less privileged upon grammar and spelling mistakes. Of course, they can guide them towards more perfection in a respectful way.
