1.
They flopped due to the too much of hype as per the media reports which blew the estimates out of proportion as in earlier auctions too. Now the telecom companies after taking a knock in the previous edition have become quite wise so that they were not rushing at all to outbid each other which was right in a way so that realistic prices were dished out for the licenses!!
