I am fed up of daily struggles in life.....how do i overcome them with calm & cool head...?? (i get angry very fast)

Dear Manoj Joshi Maharaj try to leave your negative thinking Do not worry much it is easy to say .. Faith Faith in yourself and Faith Faith in God you do your duty with out hope of any excess reward and share your worries with friends and wife play with children and ear their saying normally with out fear they pass adverse remark on you enjoy ( it is hard other wise). take of care of health lastly if you win it is because of Him (by nature) if you loose then convince by yourself ( because of I ) do not worry relax thank you

A wild suggestion from my side.
Keep a dozen green chillies always by your side.
Whenever you become angry, chew one and don`t take water subsequently.
If you still don`t become calm, keep increased quantity of green chillies.

Go to the religious path do SATSANG with real devotee read the related books you will be cool and calm

Drink plenty of water
Live an Active Life and Strengthen Your Abs
maintain weight required
Find the Best Sleeping Positions
warm up and exercise
Purposely Interupt Long Periods of Sitting
and walk atleast 30 minutes everyday
eat required and limited healthy food
de stress , read magazines or novels. etc.
