It would be fair if the allotment of funds to all the states are made public so that people can judge his actions. Since Mr. Patnaik has made these comments, the government should let the people know the actual figures.

Without the details of those funds and the his actions it is difficult to say anything .. however there is the feeling that it is a doubtful allegation

It is only a blame ....... Pranab never projected himself as a president before one year and the process has been started before 2months only ........ so , it is a blame game played by Naveen .....

Politicians usually led people wrongly. Without specific reason and ground and project, Central Govt. can not sanction any amount individually to any State. So it is alike, " Aswathama hato, iti Gaja" --U know. Thanks.
