No wonder!!! It can happen in the case of 26/11 accused also. The best way to overcome such difficulties is SUMMARY TRIAL for such offenses so that a decision can be taken within few weeks and the culprints can be booked or let free as per law instead of prolonging and spending crores for their security and Biryanis... Real shame that they could escape but greater shame that those who engineer riots ,kill innocents and rap3e women in rioting are still sitting on seat of power like many polticians and our people take them as heroes sadly
then there are people in govt who hand over terrorists to foriegn countries
17 years passed and those responsible for destruction of place of worship and susequent killing of 3000 innocent life not yet punished and enjoy all good life despite criminal acts

When an investing Agency or Agencies exploring all angles of the cause, better we should not comment or at the most say only "dereliction of duty" on the part of Policemen tasked to take them to the hospital or their superiors who have not ensured the adequacy of security arrangements.

This is one side of the coin another side is even if we prevented their escape what would have happened to them treat them royally while jehadi sympaty group in the name of human rights would have ensured that. Even if they are punished our Italian ruled Govt would not have carried out that punishment

It is a great pity indeed and further more they are Pakisthani Militant. The Central or State Government headed by Ms. Sheila Dixit have to answer this question. It is shame on them. Moreover, some high influenced person may helped from inside , hence they escaped from Prison. Shame on Police and Shame on Indian Government. Moreover, shame on us , we are the person who elect them and send them to parliament knowing fully about their creditentials. Home Ministry is also responsible for this. If it happening all the time, one or the other day, we will definately going to be the slave of these militants or some other persons

They fled from dental hospital in first instances why all of three were taken to dental hospitan, i think we are treating them as vip.they were visited regulsrly by friends in india one from bagdau and other from delhi and even talking to their counterparts in pakistan.and how it is possible. our govt. is too soft and they might be hiding with local population and this fact is known to our security/intelligence agencies but vote bank politics is creating problems for us and we will be suffer and not the politicians.
