Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi's handling of the bureaucracy is drawing appreciation from unexpected quarters. Economist Isher Judge Ahluwalia was seen praising his governance on the sidelines of a function on urban infrastructure in Ahmedabad on October 9. For being an effective PM one has to remove all the cobwebs accumulated under the rule of UPA. It is a difficult task, tho not impossible. It requires determination, courage, undaunted spirit of service before self and a vision. Modi has it. Recognition has come to him tho late. But other people who are jealous of him and his qualities continue to hold the baton of "communal violence of 2002" in which more Hindus were shot dead than other communities. Does anyone count?
