Brilliant question. I think like the last term it will be Pakistan who will get more financial help in their war on terrorism. America may have denounced Pakistan's lack of efforts in the war against terror, but has continued to provide aid in billions of dollars to Pakistan. Yes USA is withdrawing its troops from Afghanistan since 1914, but a look at Iraq confirms that till date they have not been able to fully withdraw their troops from Iraq. And the situation in Afghanistan is even more sensitive because once US troops withdraw, the Taliban will become stronger once more. It will even hurt Indian business efforts in Afghanistan. And despite having found Osama in Pakistan right under the nose of a military camp, US will continue to provide billions to Pakistan and act like big brother.
